alex krueger is ready for his next strike on dirt crew rec. the follow up to his excellent <push the patton< single is an absolute minimal killer, 3 quality tracks here and a different side of tigerskin for each taste. all tracks were produced with analogue equipment only which has become pretty rare these days ! the title track is a warm and reduced builder with an absolutely devestating guitar breakdown, people will remember this one for sure when they first hear it out on a big system. the second >wanted< is a typical tigerskin rave anthem, similar to his master hit >neontrance< this one is pure power on the dancefloor. the last track is more funky and has a great electro groove to it, this one has become a favourite in our sets over the last weeks and also features a beautiful break with great analogue sounds

the chart buster martin solveig was glad when his roman friend and colleague lorenzo rumi called upon him to return to the roots of house music, starting from the early, glorious chicago scenario and its immediate and infectious groove. so far away came to life, as an impulse with only 2 days of hectic studio session and a few liters of coffee. the guys worked on a stricltly old school basis, then added a full vocal and new elements to bring the fine charme of todays house, turning so far away in a contemporary composition rich of surprises and thrilling breaks. the performance of australian soul singer rachel claudio gives a touch of attitude with passionates and unforgettable vocals. definitely another epic stone in the b2f wall!

female disco rap crew from nyc 1982. the instrumental b is a big one for disco heads. originally released on the universal label. although jeremiah yisraels tap label only issued a handful of 12inches between 1981-83, the tape deck never stopped rolling, producing dozens of lavish songs in discos last days. from the string heavy sugar boogie of jackie stoudemire and arnie love to pioneering raps by missy dee & the melody crew and the fabulous 3 mcs.

not only is franklin sharing his flat with yapacc these days, hes also remixing the likes of peter grummich, colorswitch, ricardo villalobos or pheek, the berlin resident is also releasing constantly persuasively arranged and produced music on crack & speed, sender, trapez, immigrant and on his own imprint the green empire (which is he co-running also with his long-time friend yapacc). >this is probably the best cadenza release which hasnt been released on cadenza<, said a journalist a week ago - and who are we to deny this? these two tracks are beautifully towering tripped-out, post-minimal techno pieces which are not only suitable for late night moments.
